How He Practices Today
Dr. Rudin now works as a consulting cardiologist, seeing telehealth patients nationally and internationally through Natural Heart Doctor. His focus is root-cause and holistic heart care — insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, the gut microbiome, micronutrient status, sleep and stress — using diet, lifestyle and targeted supplements. He does not write prescriptions or perform procedures; when a medication change is worth considering, he says so and refers the patient back to their prescribing physician.
